The purpose of this document is to describe how the Development Assistance Database for Iraq (DAD Iraq) application functions and provides the necessary instructions which the user should follow to ensure successful work with the application. Use of this document and compliance with the standards specified herein is mandatory for anyone working with the mentioned application.

The present document consists of the following main sections:

Section 2 – provides overview of the DAD Iraq.

Section 3 – gives instructions on how the user can log into the DAD Iraq.

Section 4 – describes the My Portfolio module of the application and provides necessary instructions on the actions which the user can take in the module.

Section 5 – describes the List module of the application and provides necessary instructions on the action which the user can take in the module.

Section 6 – describes the Chart module of the application and provides necessary instructions on the action which the user can take in the module.

Section 7 – describes the Map module of the application and provides necessary instructions on the action which the user can take in the module.

Section 8 – describes the Report module of the application and provides necessary instructions on the action which the user can take in the module.

Section 9 – describes the Dashboard module of the application and provides necessary instructions on the action which the user can take in the module.

Section 10 - describes the Details section of the application and provides necessary instructions on the actions which the user can take in the section.

Section 11 - describes the functions and provides necessary instructions on the actions which the user can take in the list, chart, map and reporting modules to create customized reports.

Section 12 - describes the filtering opportunities that the system provides.

Section 13 - gives description on how the users can log out from the DAD Iraq.
