Re-ordering Groups / Columns / Column Groupings

In order to re-order the selected groups / columns / column groupings, follow the steps below:

1. Select the group / column / column grouping that needs to be re-ordered in the Selected Groups / Columns panel.
2. Click the Move Up / Move Down button.
